In exchange for Transport NSW directory’s consideration of the website I am submitting, I agree to be bound by the Transport NSW Terms of Submission, to waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of this or any other website in the Transport NSW directory or to the title or description of any website appearing in the Transport NSW directory; and to grant Transport NSW directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission.

I also acknowledge that Transport NSW directory have free editorial discretion to establish the configuration and content of the directory and that, because a website's placement in the directory is subject to change or deletion at any time, I may not rely on any feature of a site's inclusion in the directory (i.e. "submission" means the title and descriptive information you supply for your site, not the actual website or its contents). I confirm the business I am submitting is licensed in NSW as a registered operator.

We make an effort to review as many submissions as possible. When submitting, please provide an accurate and grammatically correct title and description for your link. The title and description should reflect the content that a user would find on your site. Your site should not display popups, or attempt to install any software on the user\'s computer. Your site should be complete with all links working, and with a generous amount of content. If your site is new, please consider making sure it is both complete and worthwhile to a potential user before submitting to the Transport NSW Directory. Finally, sites containing content that is not transport industry focused will not be accepted.
